I expect A LOT to happen with the android platform throughout this year, as people begin to realize how powerful android is and begin to take full advantage of it. There are a few things I would love to see first though, and I'm sure several of you share my sentiments on these:

Flash - I want a complete web experience, and though what we have now is close, I still find pages which I cannot do anyhting with because the G1 can't handle flash.

True visual voice mail - I'd love to see iPhone style visual voice mail, where you can actually read your messages instead of *gasp* having to listen to them.

An onscreen keyboard - there are a few apps which have integrated their own OSK - hopefully a system wide version is released soon.

VIDEO CAPABILITY. Enough said.
